Who controls your data
Jeyad Advisory, a company established in the Kingdom of Bahrain, is the controller of the personal data described in this policy. Drizzle Cloud is a product operated by Jeyad Advisory and is not itself a legal entity, so any request about your data — access, correction, export, deletion or withdrawal of consent — is answered by Jeyad Advisory.

What we collect
Drizzle Cloud connects to your AWS accounts through a read-only cross-account role. We collect configuration metadata needed for inventory, cost, security, and compliance features:
- Resource identifiers, types, regions, tags, and relationships
- Billing and usage data (via AWS Cost and Usage Reports)
- Security and compliance configuration state
- Account, user, and tenant administration data you provide directly
We do not collect resource content: no S3 object contents, database records, Lambda environment secrets, or EC2 filesystem data.
How we use it
Collected data is used exclusively to provide the inventory, cost, security, compliance, reporting, and optional AI-assisted insight features you have enabled for your tenant. It is not sold, and it is not used to train models outside your own tenant's optional AI features.
Where data lives
Tenant data defaults to our initial deployment region. Retention periods differ by data type (resource history, cost data, findings, and audit logs each have a stated default retention period) and are enforced with verifiable deletion on request or upon tenant offboarding.
Isolation and encryption
Every tenant's data is isolated at the database, storage, and background-job level — tenant context is derived from authenticated identity claims, never a client-supplied value. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
Cookies and analytics
We do not run non-essential tracking before you have given consent where required by applicable law. Any analytics we enable are configured to respect that consent.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent for optional features such as AI-assisted insights. Contact us using the details below to exercise these rights.
Changes to this policy
We will update the version and effective date above whenever this policy changes, and will provide notice of material changes before they take effect.
