Who these terms are with

These terms are an agreement between you and Jeyad Advisory, a company established in the Kingdom of Bahrain ("Jeyad Advisory", "we", "us", "our"). Drizzle Cloud is a product operated by Jeyad Advisory; it is not itself a legal entity, and every obligation described here is Jeyad Advisory's.

The service

Drizzle Cloud provides multi-tenant cloud inventory, cost/FinOps, security, and compliance governance for AWS accounts you connect. Access to your AWS accounts is read-only unless you have explicitly enabled a separate, distinct remediation capability, which requires its own explicit approval.

Your account and responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, and for the actions of users you invite to your tenant. You must not attempt to access another tenant's data or circumvent tenant isolation controls.

Subscriptions and billing

Drizzle Cloud is available through direct subscription or through AWS Marketplace. Both purchase paths use the same internal entitlement system, so plan limits and features behave identically regardless of how you purchased. Subscription changes and cancellations take effect as described on our AWS Marketplace page or in your order form. Plan pricing is provided directly by Jeyad Advisory or through your AWS Marketplace subscription; it is not published on this website.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Drizzle Cloud to violate applicable law, to attempt unauthorized access to any account, connection, or tenant other than your own, or to interfere with the availability of the service for other tenants.

Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and incidents will be communicated where practical.

Intellectual property

Drizzle Cloud and its underlying technology remain the property of Jeyad Advisory. You retain ownership of the data you connect and the configuration you create within your tenant.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Drizzle Cloud is provided without warranties of any kind, and our liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited as described in your order form or, absent one, to the amount paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, and the courts of Bahrain have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, or activity that threatens the security or availability of the service for other tenants. Tenant offboarding follows our documented data-retention policy.

Changes to these terms

We will update the version and effective date above whenever these terms change, and will provide notice of material changes before they take effect.
